I had an excellent stay in a long time. It was fairly clean and the staff were very polite and nice, beds were big. The room was bright and included an electric kettle and a fridge. A bath in the separate bathroom was a plus.

Internet connection was terrible, made me a little nervous.

Location: the hotel was just off Ramen shops and market, brick warehouse, tram station, train station, and bus station, train station and morning market and various shops. We stayed in the standard twin room, it was huge. The venue staff were very polite and nice, the breakfast was nice.

We were moved to an a twin room with nice bathroom. It was nice having central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV:)))

The room was decent size with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, an iron and ironing board.

exceptionally clean hotel with pleasant views, we think it's an easy base for staying in hakodate. the room is reasonably spacious and brand-new, that is important to us. the property offers comfy location just off hakodate station and the morning market and trains.

The location was comfy and strategic there, in between the historical area at the base of Mt. Got well-maintained, good-sized room with nice bathroom.

Unfortunately internet was terrible, and the bed was too low.

The hotel was in an incredible location near to which has a large bus terminal and the local bus terminal and JR Hakodate and trams. The staff were amiable and efficient too. Choose standard twin room with nice bathroom.

Ideal and comfy location with a train station next to the hotel. Bright, good sized rooms complete with 2 beds beds and a good view, as for instance.

We always have a nice stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the JR Station and Bus Station. The buffet breakfast was delicious and included both Japanese and International options. The hot bath and sauna facilities were clean and relaxing. We also appreciated the complimentary soap and shampoo provided in the bathroom. Location was ideal, with easy access to food and transportation.

The room was quite small and cramped for two people. The Wi-Fi connection was poor and made it difficult to stay connected to loved ones back home.

The bathroom could use some updated features.

During our New Year's stay, we were impressed by the two complementary amenities offered in the room - high-quality soap and shampoo and an excellent bathtub. the location was perfect, with easy access to the main station, bus interchange, seafood market, and walking distance to Mount Hakodate ropeway. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a variety of options including free-flowing salmon and tuna sashimi.

The window had oily handprints, and we found hairs from previous guests in both the toilet and on the floor/walls in the bathroom.
